What is Functional Patterns?

Functional Patterns is fitness training designed for humans by humans. By cracking the code on the way we've evolved to move, we supercharge your body's ability to move better, and teach you how to train without all the pains that typically come with other training methods.

What is biomechanics?

Biomechanics is the science of human movement. The study of human biomechanics allows us to identify strong trends that improve performance, rehabilitate and prevent injury.

Who is this training method suitable for?

Any human being wanting to improve themselves. We offer an extremely diverse, individualized experience that allows us to regress and progress exercise in a way that meets the needs of the individual.

What equipment will I need to get started?

When your working out on your own we recommend getting an exercise mat, some looped resistant bands alongside handles, a massage ball, a medicine ball and a mirror so you can watch your form while you execute the corrective exercise.

What is myofascial release (MFR)?

MFR is a form of self massage (imagine someone using a foam roller at the gym). However we teach you how to do it much more effectively.

Do you offer online training?

Yes we do! We work with clients remotely or in person, sometimes a mixture of both.
